Return & Refund Policy — Tasha's Workshop.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Because our candles and wax melts are scented goods, they can only be returned if unburned and unused.

Damaged or wrong item? Email us at tashasworkshop@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you right away — no need to send it back.

For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for return shipping. Once your return is delivered back to us, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Final sale items can't be returned.
